Marlon’s second year in RUSS, this year he has two wheels on the RUSS wagon.
When Marlon isn’t talking strictly business, he is a full time frother.
With an impressive 60 days on Mountain in 2022, you wonder how he has time to dial back into uni and work life - Yet the job gets jobbed.
Marlon is always here for a chat, and wants to welcome EVERYONE to the crew - and he knows this bc he wrote this, so come say hi!!
VICE PRESIDENT.
Grace Burnes: aka GB, G Bossy, G Bandito etc..
GB, an absolute snow queen, is the beating heart of RUSS. She absolutely rips, and you’ll have to take my word for that bc good luck trying to catch a glimps of her speeding down the mountain.
Known to fiend for the K-Hole (Mt Buller Club), you’ll either catch her up till 3am for amore, or in bed by 10:30pm post Vodka Pasta Sauce feast.
TREASURER.
Kate, aka the RUSS hedge fund manager. 2023 marks her second year on the committee, having moved her way up from merch. When she’s not cooking the books, Kate can be spotted sliding down black runs at turtles pace trying to keep up with the crew.
SECRETARY.
Grace Stewart, aka Super GS. Fairly new to snowboarding, Grace completed her first major season in 2022 having only been on a board three times prior. This means Grace prides herself on welcoming newbies onto the slopes, and knows RUSS is a great club for making friends.
EVENTS MANAGER.
Fletcher, aka DR Felch, FDH - Can do a double backflip, literally best skier on the mountain. The 2022 season saw Fletcher brave the scaries and race suits at VIC IV as well as any RUSS event he could get himself to.
COMMUNITY MANAGER.
Lily, flying the flag for the RUSS community and socials - seen a cool reel / tik-tok recently on the RUSS socials? …It’s probs made by her. Russ’ brand strategist, publicist, influencer, basically glorified social media addict, trying to make RUSS legends get their well deserved 15 mins of fame. New to the club, you will find this Frother at k-hole making sure everyone has photos to regret the next day, swinging back too many cocktails and asking millions of questions to calm her skiing nerves even though she used to be a race kid.
TRIPS MANAGER
In her first year on committee she has taken on the role of trips coordinator.. Mia, the best race boarder - will win VIC IV’s for you.
MERCH COORDINATOR.
Aka, RUSS’s team stylist, first year on the committee this year in charge of designing merch to make you all look super cool on and off the slopes.
